Jan-Phillip Karl Eissing
Phillip Eissing is an entrepreneur and investor from Hamburg.
As the founder, chairman and sole shareholder of JPKE, he holds interests in various food, technology, financial services and internet companies worldwide. In addition to private asset management, JPKE is involved in various social, cultural or scientific organizations and foundations.
Mr. Eissing is a member of the supervisory board and shareholder in the family business Apetito. He is also active in various other advisory board positions.
At the beginning of his entrepreneurial career, he founded his first internet start-up in early 2004. After a series of ventures and various exits in the new economy, Mr. Eissing began to operationally focus on business concepts in the old economy.
As a result, JPKE was established in 2010 as a private holding company for future investments in private equity, capital markets, real estate and venture capital.
Shortly thereafter, he structured and became a partner in the Düsterberg-Eissing family office. The single family office focuses on investments in the capital market, in real estate, infrastructure and renewable energies.
